Lucie Colt was an England Squash coach for 9 years and whilst working in the corporate world, always had a passion and focus for health and wellbeing. This lead her to challenge herself to compete in 3 Bikini Body Building shows and complete her personal training qualifications. She then started working within Corporate Health and Wellbeing and founded Empower Health 360, working with both large & small organisations to improve their strategies & employee offering.
